There are many websites about car insurance.  The reason I started this site was I wanted to be different. This website generally deals with economics and money, but of course insurance. I give you posts about Adam Smith and Insurance. About economists like Knut Wicksell (a very over looked Swedish economist from the 19th century with insights for us today) and innovations about cars and even about games like Grand Theft Auto, electric farms, Polish scientists making fuel from water.  I was in the industry for many years so I have a unique perspective on cars and insurance. Many of the websites on insurance are to sell you.  I sell nothing here.  I want to just give you some advice based on my working in the insurance industry. My best advice about insurance and buying insurance.  Get a recommendation from a friend.  I actually do not recommending using the internet except to confirm things about insurance rather than find prices. Why? Too many companies have websites that try to make it like objective reviews and keywords like 'cheap auto insurance'.   This is just sales.  Look for insurance based on friends and family advice.  Because what good is it is you find a cheap price online and then the company is unfair when you try to collect on a claim.
